OUR PROJECTS

See below some examples of the clients across Australia for whom we have provided solutions.

PROJECT – MUSWELLBROOK HOSPITAL

Employ Me worked closely with Stephen Edwards Constructions on the $21.5 million project and will see the front of the hospital expanded and refurbished.

Funded by the Restart NSW Resources for Regions Programme, Stage 2 of the Muswellbrook Hospital Redevelopment will deliver a range of health services improvements.

PROJECT – CIVIL CONTRACTOR RECRUITMENT

A Canberra Contractor that secured the contract for the ongoing rehabilitation of the ageing ACTEW water and sewer infrastructure requires individuals with a specific and unique skill set. The challenges faced in directly sourcing suitable candidates for the positions, when they do became available, was simply too time consuming for the Head Office.

The Employ Me Canberra Team was contracted in March 2014 to assist the Head Office in recruiting suitable Civil and Labour Candidates.

PROJECT – CANBERRA’S WILLIAMSDALE SOLAR FARM

We are proud to have been the preferred labour hire supplier in Canberra for the Williamsdale Solar Farm. Completed in February 2017 the 11.18MW Solar Farm Project will generate more than 21,910 MW hours of clean energy in its first year of operation.

The $35 Million Dollar Solar Farm Project continues the ACT Government’s emphasis on attracting large solar projects to the Australian Capital Territory. The Williamsdale Solar Farm is located 20km south east of Canberra, ACT. The 30 hectares of solar panels will track the sun’s radiation based on a single axis tracking mechanism. The Williamsdale solar power provides safe, clean, very low emissions power generation. The project will save approximately 460,000 tonnes of carbon emission over its lifetime.

PROJECT – DAVID JONES REFURBISHMENT

The major 2013 refurbishment of the David Jones Store located in Canberra Centre, Canberra, ACT was a joint project performed by a Principal Contractor from Sydney and Specialist Labour Hire and Recruitment Company, Employ Me Pty Ltd, Canberra Office.

The Principal Contractor was required to design and implement a revised shop design across all three floors to maximise the existing available floor space across all departments. Not only was the refurbishment schedule on a tight timeframe but the additional challenges faced by the Principal Contractor was that normal trading hours and ongoing optimal customer shopping experiences was to be maintained.

After extensive research on possible local and interstate Trade and Staffing Solutions, the Principal Contractor partnered with the Employ Me Canberra Team to supply the required Trade and Labour Solutions for the Refurbishment Project.
