ROLE INTAKE
Capture the specific requirements of the position. as well as all the required documents for the Labour Market Test, VISA Nomination and VISA Application.
LABOUR MARKET TEST
A statuteory requirement to prove that no local resources are available.

SOURCE & ASSESSMENT
We use our internal infrastructure to source and assess candidates, getting you your ideal candidate.
SHORTLISTINGS & SELECTION
Shortlisted candidate profiles are implemented as per the required roles and submitted for your consideration.

Interviewing
We schedule and ensure that the candidates are available at a convenient time. This may entail a few rounds of interviews.
OFFERING
We only make offers to suitable candidates that meet the VISA requirements and that the offer is signed in a contract.

VISA NOMINATION
The process where MARA accredited migration agent applies for the company to sponsor the visa of the candidate.
VISA APPLICATION
The process where a MARA migration agent prepares and submits the candidate’s visa application to the department of Immigration.

ONBOARDING & INTEGRATION
Upon arrival in Australia, we assist with the TFN & USI registration and opening a bank account, converting a driver’s licence, finding rentals, etc. We also introduce them to the local community.
